At home, Carter’s meals may consist of a rack of lambs, or something as simple as fried chicken and a salad. Dessert will consist of low fat/ low sugar ice cream. Eating local is so important to me because it fuels our local economy and it keeps local chefs and restaurants like myself in business. Carter very seldoms visits a chain restaurant unless it’s for an important reason, otherwise he eats local. Carter is not one to follow recipes. Carter is considered an innovator when it comes to recipes. Carter creates his own creative twist to each dish to let you know he created this dish with you in mind!!!!
